Trading Hours
Star City casino is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Parking
Find your own spot or let Star City’s valet do it for you. Self parking rates per 6-hour period listed below:
Arriving between 23:00 & 17:00 HRS
Arriving between 17:00 & 23:00 HRS
After a 6-hour period expires an additional 6-hour period will be charged. In the event of a lost ticket a maximum daily rate of $50 per 24-hour period will apply.

Entry to Gaming Areas
Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering the casino gaming area. Prior to entering the casino, you may be requested to provide the following documents to confirm your proof of age:
- Australian Photo Driver's licence
- NSW Photo Card
- A valid passport
Children
Persons leaving children unattended and at risk within the Star City complex may be prosecuted and will be excluded from Star City.
Photography
The taking of photographs and filming in the casino is strictly prohibited. The use of all electronic devices within the casino is strictly prohibited. All cameras and electronic equipment are to be lodged at the cloakroom, located between the Hotel Lobby and casino entrance near the parking lifts.
Cloakroom
Some items, including hats, cameras and electronic equipment, are not permitted within the casino’s gaming areas so we ask that you leave them with our complimentary cloakroom service. It’s located between the Hotel Lobby and casino entrance near the parking lifts.
Dress Standards
All visitors to Star City are required to have neat, clean and tidy attire and we reserve the right to refuse entry to patrons considered improperly or inappropriately dressed. As a guideline, the following items of dress are not acceptable for entry:
- Singlets, tank tops or sleeveless tops (on males)
- Ugh boots, thongs, beach sandals, steel cap boots, dirty footwear
- Work clothing, torn, unclean or untidy clothing
- Tracksuits (bottoms or tops), football jumpers
- Clothing with obscene or offensive language or depictions
- Gym-wear, beach-wear, board shorts, swimsuits
- Military camouflage clothing (this does not include designer wear)
- No caps or hats are permitted except for medical or religious reasons (a letter from the Director of Security may be required)
- Fancy dress, face paint
- Any other clothing deemed not to be neat and tidy by Star City Security

Star City provides extensive facilities for visitors with disabilities, these include:
Car Parking
Disabled parking bays are conveniently located close to the car park entrance lobbies. Look for the individually identified bays.
Toilets
All toilet blocks located in Star City offer Easy Access toilet facilities for those with special needs and disabilities.
Hotel Rooms
Please contact Star City Reservations for information about our hotel rooms and apartments that cater for special needs. We ask that you inform our staff of any special requirements at the time of booking.
